I for one can't wait for the Onlink mod to reach the next step (should happen in a week or so) and X3 might just have to share time with On/Uplink when that happen.# Last revision : see the changelog below They call themselves "The last of the bedroom programmers" wich pretty much explains the size of the developer. It's a developer called Introversion who made it. It's adding so much to the original game, so it like the difference between X2 1.0 and X2 1.4.
It's a pretty old game, but the reason to bring it up, is that Uplink has a rather active community, and is highly modable and right now a huge Mod called Onlink is about to be borne. As the name suggest you play a hacker, and you have to make your way up in the hacker community without getting caught. I don't know if anybody of you know a game called Uplink? In the US i think it's called Uplink:Hacker Elite.Īnyway it's a highly addictive game, and a proof that gameplay goes a very long way, even if the graphics isn't the best ever seen.
